the ironwood archive includes an initiative focused on outreach and collaboration with trans women incarcerated in Florence, Arizona. each week, we visit the unit to work on reading and writing, curriculum development, art and crafts. these works form the basis of a specific collection within the ironwood archive and an upcoming exhibit at the University of Arizona museum of art.
